Dr. Suess' Rules for Children's Books

1. Only one illustration per page.

2. The illustration should be just that. It should illustrate the text.
The text MUST match the illustration. Do not mention or refer to
anything not shown in the illustration.

3. Facing pages (e.g. pages 4 and 5) should connect as one single image
and its accompanying text.
